Fluid Bed Dryer :

   2. High drying efficiency: 10 ~ 20 times faster             than conventional drying oven.

   4. Temperature control: Stable and accurate by         P.I.D temperature control and proportional             steam control valve. In high humidity area or         for heat sensitive product,

     A dehumidifier can be added for stable                 humidity control or low temperature drying

     Purpose to achieve the stability of product             quality.

   5. Air handling unit: To ensure the cleanness of         inlet air, the outdoor air will first through

     a pre- filter, a heater, and then a high                     efficiency filter. 

   6. Auto control: Omron PLC control for automatic         program operation. Operator interface

     For easy and multiple products operation             (Optional) a. Touch screen monitor. b. Program

    Controller P.L.C. c. Abnormal indication &             record. d. Password possible (3 levels).
